PT. MRT-PT. Intiland Cooperates to Provide Park and Ride Facility in Cilandak

PT. MRT Jakarta cooperates with PT. Intiland to provide and operate Park and Ride facility in South Quarter Building, RW 14, Cilandak Barat Urban Village, South Jakarta.

Parking fee in South Quarter Park and Ride is Rp 5,000 per day for car and Rp 2,000 for motorcycle

PT. MRT Jakarta President Director, William Sabandar conveyed, this is an extraordinary cooperation between PT. MRT Jakarta, PT. Transjakarta, and PT. Intiland as the private sector.

Along with the expansion of odd-even traffic policy implementation, he assessed, this Park and Ride facility will be needed because Park and Ride in Fatmawati and Lebak Bulus are already full.

"At least, this Park and Ride facility can accommodate vehicles that do not fit in there," he mentioned, Thursday (8/15).

His side hopes there are other third parties that can cooperate with MRT to provide and manage Park and Ride facility in their building.

"Parking fee in South Quarter Park and Ride is Rp 5,000 per day for car and Rp 2,000 for motorcycle," he informed.

PT. Intiland Business Development Director, Permadi Indra Yoga explained, South Quarter Park and Ride is as wide as 3,500 square meters that can accommodate 75 cars and 30 motorcycles. It is located near TB Simatupang corridor, 700 meters from Fatmawati MRT Station and 1 kilometer from Lebak Bulus Grab MRT Station which has been integrated with Transjakarta bus.

"It becomes our commitment to provide a facility to ease people who use public transport for their daily activities," he st ated.
